The Waccamaw Economic Opportunity Council is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors who share a single mission: to empower families and strengthen our local communities. Under our federal 'Tripartite' structure, our leadership brings together elected public officials, private sector leaders, and democratically elected representatives from the low-income community.
